What you will do

• Manage implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring milestones are met and timelines are driven.
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements in collaboration with Account Management.
• Execute software configuration, troubleshooting, and QA to ensure a smooth client transition.
• Use PostgreSQL to support data migrations, diagnostics, and quality assurance.
• Author and maintain customer-facing documentation, including onboarding guides and technical FAQs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize features based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, professional services, or SaaS customer success.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases (writing queries and understanding schemas).
• Comfort working with SaaS platforms, including familiarity with APIs and integrations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruiting technology or HR systems (ATS, CRM).
• Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, or integration platforms like Zapier and Workato.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
