What you will do

• Ensure services are implemented correctly and billed accurately.
• Partner with sales teams to own service portions of deals, including proposals and SOW generation.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations.
• Oversee project financials with a focus on profitability and productivity.
• Manage team resources and prioritize staff to align with business needs.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and career development support to direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in France
• Fluent in French and English
• 7+ years of professional experience at a Software, SaaS, or consulting company
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Extensive experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software
