What you will do

• Lead and develop the professional services and support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Establish scalable processes and methodologies for implementations, support, and managed services.
• Analyze and scope customer projects, creating project plans and defining clear milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align delivery with business objectives.
• Build a network of service delivery partnerships to expand capacity and capabilities.
• Own critical incidents and drive post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, professional services, or SaaS implementation.
• Proven leadership experience managing delivery or support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating with C-level executives.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise software projects.
• Salesforce platform experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation for delivery efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Procurement, Tendering, or Market Intelligence domains.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations.
