Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid: remote and onsite work throughout North America)

What you will do
- Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with project stakeholders.
- Design and implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions to satisfy business needs.
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation details and develop technology deployment strategies.
- Create and deploy applicable end-user training plans.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Support Analysts to execute implementations and facilitate smooth project handoffs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Proven experience handling enterprise-level customer projects.
- Technical proficiency in computer and network architecture, database schematics, APIs, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Undergraduate degree or technical diploma.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of software deployment experience.
- Business experience in markets such as Ski & Attractions, Government, Parks and Recreation, Education, or Sports.
- Professional certifications in network architecture or SQL.
- Prior experience with ACTIVE’s software solutions.
