Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA. Field-based role requiring physical presence in Northern California (including San Francisco, East Bay, North Bay, Sonoma, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Shasta counties).
Salary: $85,000 base + uncapped commission (1.5% of net sales collected monthly)

What you will do
- Own monthly revenue for the Northern California territory, focusing on account retention and new business development.
- Manage key account relationships through buyer-level interactions, business reviews, and joint promotions.
- Spend 4 days per week in the field, conducting 25+ in-person account visits weekly.
- Develop and execute a detailed territory plan with named target accounts and route cadence.
- Collaborate with brand teams on product launches and demo days within the region.
- Maintain strict CRM hygiene and provide weekly pipeline reviews and forecasts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in can, beverage, CPG, or regulated distribution.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention within a defined territory.
- Willingness to travel long routes to North Coast accounts in addition to dense Bay Area coverage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Valid CA driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with licensed retailers in the Bay Area and North Coast.
- Experience selling a multi-brand portfolio.
- Familiarity with can-specific operations and METRC.
