What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of business, driving adoption and loyalty across the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage revenue retention through strategic relationship management and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and solution specialists to improve customer efficiency and reduce costs via financial service solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify operational gaps for retail clients and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to shape future marketplace strategy.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and touchpoints within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a consultative account management role within Enterprise software or FinTech SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating technical software solutions to both technical and non-technical VIP users.
  • Strong understanding of the legalized cannabis industry landscape.
  • Proficiency in operational payment cycles and inventory management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
