What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government and public-sector clients to ensure long-term success and retention.
• Provide comprehensive onboarding and training both onsite and remotely via virtual platforms.
• Drive client utilization and performance through proactive outreach and consultative recommendations.
• Collaborate with Territory Business Development Managers to support new acquisition and defend existing accounts.
• Deliver in-field support, including asset cataloging, gathering descriptions, and photographing items in various environments.
• Represent the platform at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ohio, USA
• 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services.
• Experience working with government agencies or public-sector organizations strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel 50-60% of the time
• Reliable access to high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as asset cataloging in indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
