What you will do

• Design and implement standardized onboarding programs for clinical indication workflows.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including SOPs, job aids, and competency assessments.
• Establish and track training metrics such as time to productivity and quality performance post-training.
• Partner with quality and operations leaders to align training content with actual workflow execution.
• Identify skill gaps and lead retraining initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support implementation of new tools and future AI-enabled processes through targeted training.

Requirements

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program.
• Board certification in Genetic Counseling by ABMGG or ABGC.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without restrictions.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a clinical genetic testing laboratory.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical indication review, data abstraction, or clinical workflow execution.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in training, onboarding, or curriculum development.
• Experience with LMS platforms and training tools.
