What you will do

  • Own a defined territory and customer portfolio to identify and close new opportunities with payers and health systems.
  • Manage high-value enterprise accounts to drive renewals, expansions, and new program launches.
  • Deliver data-driven presentations to C-suite leaders, linking clinical outcomes to financial value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to shape customized proposals.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting within CRM.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in value-based care capabilities in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B healthcare sales, ideally in value-based care, digital health, or population health.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and achieving multimillion-dollar targets.
  • Deep understanding of value-based economics and payer–provider relationships.
  • Ability to influence executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% for key client meetings and conferences.
