What you will do
- Define and own the product roadmap for lifecycle monetization and CRM-enabled advertising capabilities.
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams by leveraging first-party audience signals across lifecycle channels.
- Lead large cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Ad Operations.
- Build and scale CRM-powered products for sponsored lifecycle campaigns, audience activation, and personalized engagement.
- Drive integrations with marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or similar lifecycle marketing systems.
- Utilize experimentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to optimize product performance and validate hypotheses.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in advertising, martech, CRM platforms, or consumer engagement.
- Must be based in Poland.
- Strong domain expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, or ad-supported digital media.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in experimentation and behavioral data analysis.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with ad-supported consumer platforms or digital media companies.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity systems, or audience data products.
- Experience building advertising products utilizing first-party data.
- Understanding of privacy regulations and consent frameworks impacting marketing technologies.
