Focus on building scalable platforms that transform first-party fan signals into monetizable opportunities through audience segmentation and personalization.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)

What you will do

  • Define and own the product roadmap for lifecycle monetization and CRM-enabled advertising capabilities.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams by leveraging first-party audience signals across lifecycle channels.
  • Lead large cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Ad Operations.
  • Build and scale CRM-powered products for sponsored lifecycle campaigns, audience activation, and personalized engagement.
  • Drive integrations with marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or similar lifecycle marketing systems.
  • Utilize experimentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to optimize product performance and validate hypotheses.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in advertising, martech, CRM platforms, or consumer engagement.
  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Strong domain expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, or ad-supported digital media.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in experimentation and behavioral data analysis.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ad-supported consumer platforms or digital media companies.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity systems, or audience data products.
  • Experience building advertising products utilizing first-party data.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and consent frameworks impacting marketing technologies.
