Salary: $81,296–$119,233 per year

What you will do
- Lead U.S. and international subsidiary governance, including formations, dissolutions, and ongoing compliance.
- Maintain organizational charts, compliance calendars, and governance files in entity management tools.
- Support M&A transactions, strategic legal matters, and litigation discovery coordination.
- Respond to KYC requests and conduct targeted legal research aligned with business priorities.
- Manage legal request tickets end-to-end and coordinate with registered agents for corporate filings.
- Improve internal processes by utilizing AI and agents to automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting legal operations or corporate governance.
- Authorization to lawfully work in the jurisdiction where you reside.
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or an ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- In-house legal experience or a track record of working closely with in-house counsel.
