What you will do

• Support internal partners on regulatory compliance requirements for consumer credit services.
• Perform gap assessments of procedural documents against Global Policies to ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Governmental Affairs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert during regulatory exams, collecting and analyzing required data.
• Deliver ad hoc regulatory requests within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and present materials for regulatory meetings and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory risk, compliance, or audit processes.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state privacy laws, specifically FCRA, FACTA, and GLBA.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills to solve complex business issues.
• Must be based in the United States to align with regulatory and benefit requirements.
