Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (must be based in the area and work from the office at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $78,000–$117,000

What you will do

• Maintain and update subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity management databases.
• Manage corporate governance, compliance activities, and routine corporate filings.
• Coordinate and process insurance-related documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, Sales, HR, and Payroll with corporate legal requests.
• Provide general departmental support to ensure timely, high-quality legal services across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in-house or at a corporate law firm.
• Solid working knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Boston, MA to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.
