What you will do

• Support end-to-end delivery for safety product development, account integrity, and anti-abuse mitigation.
• Establish operational standards for tracking product roadmap initiatives and investigation findings.
• Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of abuse investigations from detection to mitigation.
• Manage inter-team dependencies, drive launch readiness, and refine communication models.
• Build and implement frameworks to strengthen operational rhythms and close performance gaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, specifically within Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Security domains.
• Hands-on experience with high-scale backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in managing cross-functional projects using Jira.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical risks into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, CA

Nice to have

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of safety reporting and account verification workflows in mobile-first environments.
• Familiarity with maintaining SLAs for mission-critical safety services.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs) to automate program management tasks.
