Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Own and architect the GTM systems stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Monday.com.
• Design scalable processes, workflows, and automation for the revenue motion.
• Partner with GTM leadership to translate strategy into systems for territory, compensation, and pipeline hygiene.
• Build durable data foundations and real-time reporting that revenue leaders can trust.
• Establish GTM operations best practices, including data governance, change management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to build scalable integrations and pipelines.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience across GTM systems, RevOps, and/or analytics engineering.
• Deep Salesforce expertise in architecture, integrations, and complex flows.
• Fluency in SQL for analysis, validation, and data modeling.
• Proven track record of building systems that measurably changed revenue organization operations.
• Extensive experience with the modern GTM stack, including CPQ, marketing automation, and lead routing.
• Must be based in New York City.

• Salesforce Admin certification.
• Comfort with Python or similar languages for automation.
