What you will do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the hirify.global ecosystem to empower partners and end-users.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to optimize the utilization of hirify.global technology and products.
• Act as a key technical resource for revenue-generating teams by designing and delivering technical demonstrations and pilots.
• Identify gaps in the product ecosystem and provide actionable feedback to product and development teams.
• Manage high-impact projects and strategic customers to ensure seamless implementation and deployment.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and share best practices to promote professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Technical Account Management, or Engineering Support.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expert-level knowledge of telematics, IoT, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Superset.
• Must be based in the US and available to travel up to 20% of the time.
