Salary: $162,000 - $182,000

What you will do

• Analyze customer technical needs to provide implementation recommendations and train users on the Workbench platform.
• Guide customers in organizing, harmonizing, and securely sharing data on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Develop batch workflows and interactive analysis notebooks to process and analyze biomedical data at scale.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams to improve product features based on customer feedback.
• Support Product and Sales teams in planning and implementing pilot and production projects for prospects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience with Python and/or Java, and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Experience working with life science or biomedical research data and running analytical statistical analyses.
• Strong communication and project management skills with a track record of handling multiple customers.
• Must have valid US work authorization; employer sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience installing common packaged software on Linux.
• Familiarity with public cloud services such as GCP, AWS, and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience building and deploying Docker images.
