Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

What you will do

• Manage a queue of technical escalations for ClearLine Account Managers with high responsiveness and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning multiple platforms, systems, reporting pipelines, and APIs.
• Evaluate and leverage emerging AI tools to automate workflows and identify repeatable operational challenges.
• Create and manage custom data feeds and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python within Snowflake and Databricks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to escalate bugs and define technical requirements.
• Develop internal and external technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and support materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Deep knowledge of video advertising ecosystems, specifically CTV, VAST, and OpenRTB protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting API interactions using tools like cURL and browser developer tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to guide stakeholders through complex technical solutions.
