What you will do

• Manage revenue retention, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities for assigned partnerships.
• Build and manage partner launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk assessment.
• Monitor partnership performance against contractual obligations and prepare internal/external recaps.
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans with internal teams and external partners.
• Co-lead partner onboarding, guiding them through API capabilities and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful partnership executions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, program management, or business development.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Universal City, CA office (Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in building decks and reports.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for deal tracking and revenue forecasting.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
• Experience supporting API-based integrations and communicating technical concepts.
• Background in Studio or Affiliate partnerships.
• Experience with Atlassian and Asana.
