Salary: $98,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A sections.
• Conduct technical accounting research and document positions for complex transactions under US GAAP and SEC guidance.
• Manage equity and stock-based compensation accounting, including ASC 718 calculations.
• Partner with FP&A, investor relations, and external auditors to ensure reporting accuracy and support audits.
• Maintain SOX 404 internal controls related to financial reporting and disclosure.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting packages for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting at a public company.
• Demonstrated ability to apply US GAAP and SEC regulations to complex accounting matters.
• Must be a U.S. person to comply with export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Workiva (or similar SEC reporting tools).
• Experience in a high-growth or pre/post-IPO environment.
• SEC reporting experience within the SaaS or AI-related industry.
