What you will do

• Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process to ensure a technical win.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including responding to RFIs/RFPs and conducting POCs and POVs.
• Design optimal security solutions for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments on a global scale.
• Present the technical value proposition of the Idira platform to both business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and services teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure alignment.
• Mentor other system engineers and create training content for the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 5-10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or cybersecurity.
• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Idira (previously CyberArk), IAM, PAM, or Identity & Governance Administration solutions.
• Strong proficiency in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), Windows/Active Directory, Linux, and Database administration.
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the Identity Security market, including key trends and the competitive landscape.
• Coding or scripting knowledge.
