TL;DR

Client Director (Enterprise Sales): Managing complex enterprise relationships and driving platform adoption for a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) leader with an accent on CxO-level engagement and strategic account growth. Focus on expanding license adoption, reducing IT costs for clients, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Location: New York, NY. Must be located within the sales territory in MA, NH, RI, ME, VT, CT, NY or NJ

Compensation: Base $180,000–$216,000, OTE $300,000–$360,000

What you will do

  • Manage and expand high-value enterprise accounts, driving renewals and platform adoption.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-suite executives, including CIOs and CHROs.
  • Develop strategic account plans to align platform capabilities with client business priorities.
  • Lead virtual internal teams across functions and geographies to ensure outstanding customer success.
  • Own the financial performance of the portfolio, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or account leadership.
  • 2+ years in a Client Director or Strategic Account Executive role managing complex accounts.
  • Direct experience in ITSM, ITOM, DEX, or adjacent enterprise software categories.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
  • Must be based in MA, NH, RI, ME, VT, CT, NY, or NJ.
