What you will do
- Prospect and identify enterprise accounts benefiting from the AI recruiting platform, managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop expert-level insight on AI's impact and application in recruiting.
- Win complex sales involving multiple stakeholders from initial contact to close.
- Provide market feedback to founders and product teams to improve the product.
- Build a network by working with iconic next-generation companies.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, USA
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales with success in closing large, complex enterprise deals (2,000+ employees).
- Competent in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and managing complex stakeholders including legal, procurement, security, and executives.
- Proven expertise in account mapping, multi-threading, and deal orchestration.
- Strong pipeline generation, territory coverage, and disciplined forecasting.
- Confident in VP/C-suite conversations and cross-functional collaboration.
