What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in casual dining chains.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop account-specific programming to drive volume and execution.
  • Analyze business insights to create customized presentations and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing and agencies to develop digital and social programming.
  • Manage account budgets, analyze ROI, and track monthly volume performance.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to represent the brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with a track record in casual dining.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
