What you will do
- Develop clear, relevant, consistent, and compelling internal communications strategies.
- Design the communications architecture across the employee portal, knowledge repository, and Slack channels.
- Create internal and social content in partnership with executives across the business.
- Lead communications for HR initiatives, organizational change, and evolving ways of working.
- Develop an internal communications playbook and support leaders in communicating effectively.
- Plan speaker series, employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, metrics, and the annual leadership summit.
Requirements
- Clear, concise, and differentiated writing skills.
- Ability to make complex technical topics engaging and relevant.
- Expertise in change management and a strong understanding of how communications build culture.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Fluency with Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, and project management tools.
- Confidence collaborating with stakeholders at every level of the business.
