Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Support PR initiatives including media monitoring, coverage tracking, and press recaps.
• Manage and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule on-brand content including copy, visuals, and short-form video concepts.
• Track and report on PR and social performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with third-party agencies for media monitoring and influencer marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with company goals and product updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or social media.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent LLM tools for productivity and research.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states to access hirify.global products.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meltwater or Globe Newswire.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in Figma.
• Database marketing experience.
• Proven track record of managing social media performance.
