Salary: $105,000 – $130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee multiple concurrent programs ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Build integrated program plans defining milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA leads to resolve blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Lead program reviews and launch planning to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare program-level reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Create automated methods for tracking day-to-day progress and delivery performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or portfolio management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience running software or product development programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and risk management best practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week).

• Experience with ad technology, ad sales platforms, or programmatic eco-development.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product or operational workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across a matrixed organization.
