Salary: $164,900 - $299,400 annually.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-team technical programs from inception to delivery across engineering, product, design, and QA.
• Drive alignment and decision-making through technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish and manage program schedules, deliverables, and success metrics while tracking progress.
• Proactively identify and manage technical, operational, and organizational risks by developing contingency plans.
• Navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges, escalating critical blockers with context and recommended solutions.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Extensive experience leading technical programs in consumer software, media, or streaming platforms.
• Proven track record of managing multi-team initiatives with high dependency complexity.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of engineering systems including client/server integration, APIs, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with streaming technologies such as AVOD, SVOD, FAST, or live streaming.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization, documentation, or data analysis.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
