Location: Must be based in the South West of the UK (Bristol/Bath) or Munich, Germany

is building a thermal satellite constellation to provide accurate land surface temperature data for climate resilience and national security.
What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from intake and JD design to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to manage expectations and navigate priorities.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche engineering talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical alignment, motivation, and potential risk.
- Maintain compliant records in the ATS and provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house.
- Proven background recruiting for Space, Aerospace, Automotive, Robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in complex startup environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior technical leadership.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques.
- Must be based in South West UK or Munich, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience in defence, military, or government-related environments.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
