What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, including engineering and GTM teams.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through active sourcing.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards.
• Manage the entire candidate journey from initial outreach to final offer.
• Improve recruiting systems, processes, and reporting to support team scaling.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, events, and networking.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience within high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to hire across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and creativity in candidate identification.
• Ability to own roles end-to-end with high autonomy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and candidate closing skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous startup environments.
