Location: Hybrid (Brussels, Lisboa, London, or Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Proactively source and build a diverse pipeline of early-career sales talent.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and sell company culture.
  • Coordinate European campus recruitment and build relationships with academic institutions.
  • Organize and execute graduate fairs, networking sessions, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding and drive careers site traffic.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Brussels, Lisboa, London, or Warsaw.
  • Experience in recruitment/sourcing, sales, or event coordination.
  • Fearless communicator with a growth mindset and curiosity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B or tech sales.
  • Experience hosting live events or public speaking.
