What you will do
- Manage early-stage recruitment tasks and post engaging job descriptions via the ATS.
- Perform CV shortlisting, sourcing, and conduct virtual screening interviews via Google Meet.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline within the ATS, ensuring timely communication and positive engagement.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future organizational needs.
- Administer the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting readiness.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a dedicated recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume coordination and administrative tasks.
- Experience with CV shortlisting, conducting screening interviews, and pipeline management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment with a proactive attitude toward change.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using an ATS.
- Must be based in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience or strong understanding of the Apprenticeships landscape.
- Experience in the tech space and proficiency using AI tools.
