TL;DR
Director Account Executives (SMB) (Sales): Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to drive new business and reactivate lapsed customer accounts with an accent on pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and closing/negotiation execution. Focus on leading monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue delivery while improving team performance through training, coaching plans, and targeted interventions.
Location: Clearwater, Florida (Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area)

What you will do
- Manage and coach 8–12 Account Executives to develop world-class sales professionals
- Monitor performance statistics and ensure subordinates meet/exceed monthly sales quotas
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and run weekly pipeline reviews to improve forecast accuracy
- Support closing by handling objections, reactivating dark (lapsed) deals, and executing coaching plans
- Direct day-to-day workload and prioritize activities within the assigned territory
- Provide reporting and pipeline management, and recommend hiring, firing, discipline, and promotions
Requirements
- 2+ years management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- SaaS sales background (preferred)
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and time management/organization skills
