What you will do

  • Implement sales tactics to achieve revenue and profit goals aligned with expansion strategy.
  • Grow business with new and existing key customers, maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing cross-sales opportunities.
  • Develop deep understanding of client business, strategy, goals, pain points, and market to drive customer-centric opportunities.
  • Position hirify.global as a business partner in Digital, Business & Technology transformation using consultative, value-driven selling.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, engage top management to generate and drive deals through the sales process.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, maintain accurate pipeline and reporting dashboard.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B and software sales with proven track record in Account Management.
  • Business acumen, confidence, competitive attitude, and ability to provide solutions supporting business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Adept at handling complex, dynamic requirements and deadlines.
