What you will do
- Execute account expansion strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Manage quota-based growth targets including expansion ARR and MRR.
- Identify growth opportunities using CRM data and client business insights.
- Partner with clients to align managed IT, cybersecurity, and EHR solutions with their operational needs.
- Conduct strategic business reviews focused on performance and expansion planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support expansion initiatives and unlock new opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or growth-focused roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Experience owning or contributing to revenue targets tied to account expansion.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be based in the US with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Experience in Senior Living, healthcare, or regulated environments.
- Background in MSP or healthcare IT sectors.
