What you will do

  • Execute account expansion strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
  • Manage quota-based growth targets including expansion ARR and MRR.
  • Identify growth opportunities using CRM data and client business insights.
  • Partner with clients to align managed IT, cybersecurity, and EHR solutions with their operational needs.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews focused on performance and expansion planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support expansion initiatives and unlock new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Experience owning or contributing to revenue targets tied to account expansion.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Senior Living, healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Background in MSP or healthcare IT sectors.
