What you will do
- Proactively engage with current customers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies, including regular business reviews.
- Monitor customer usage metrics to address adoption challenges and drive expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle within your portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset.
