What you will do

  • Proactively engage with current customers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies, including regular business reviews.
  • Monitor customer usage metrics to address adoption challenges and drive expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle within your portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset.
