Salary: $70,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing asset manager clients.
• Guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle to ensure seamless solution adoption.
• Provide ongoing platform training, demonstrations, and feature updates.
• Support account renewals and upsell initiatives to drive retention and expansion.
• Maintain Salesforce data and reporting to track team performance.
• Collaborate on special projects as required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management or customer success.
• Background in SaaS, Financial Services, or fintech environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Must be able to work from the Salt Lake City office Monday through Thursday.
