AI Adoption Lead

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and applicable target bonus

What you will do

• Design and execute business-unit AI change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, resistance mapping, and champion networks.
• Deconstruct tasks across roles and redesign job descriptions, AI-augmented job families, career pathways, and transition plans.
• Assess AI fluency and skill gaps, co-design capability-building programs, and enable managers to lead AI-augmented teams.
• Build dynamic workforce supply-and-demand plans covering human and AI-agent capabilities over a 12–36 month horizon.
• Assess organizational structures and pilot human-in-the-loop operating models, including revised spans, layers, and accountabilities.
• Own AI adoption metrics and workforce intelligence, using usage, frequency, depth, and capability data to guide transformation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related people and organizational development roles.
• Experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation from the people side.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks and their application to AI transformation.
• Experience in workforce planning, role design, or job architecture.
• Ability to build trust with business-unit leaders and frontline employees.
• Data literacy, personal proficiency with AI tools, and enthusiasm for AI-augmented work.

Nice to have

• Experience embedded in a business unit rather than exclusively in HR or a center-of-excellence role.
• Exposure to agentic AI, automation workflow design, or human-in-the-loop process redesign.
• Background in learning and development, organizational design, skills-based talent models, or dynamic workforce planning.
• Certification or coursework in AI transformation leadership.
