What you will do

• Design and execute BU-level AI change strategies to transition employees from AI experimenters to AI accelerators.
• Perform systematic task deconstruction to redesign job descriptions and role profiles for human-AI collaboration.
• Assess AI fluency and co-design targeted learning programs to bridge skill gaps across functions and levels.
• Develop dynamic skills supply/demand models to inform strategic workforce planning and headcount decisions.
• Advise on organizational structural changes, including spans, layers, and human-agent workflow design.
• Own the AI adoption measurement framework, using data to track usage depth and capability uplift.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology or digital transformations from the people side.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, job architecture, and change frameworks adapted for AI.
• Data literacy with the ability to use workforce analytics and adoption metrics to drive decisions.
• Personal proficiency with AI tools and a genuine passion for AI-augmented work.
• Must be based in the United States.
