Manager, Enablement Programs (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 per year base salary for roles based in San Francisco

What you will do

• Own global enablement programs and the operating system that help sellers ramp quickly and execute confidently.
• Build the first version of Field OS with priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments for each seller role.
• Map and prototype custom agents that support sellers throughout the sales process.
• Refresh onboarding through continuous iteration, A/B testing, role-specific alignment, and engagement and impact metrics.
• Establish a dedicated manager onboarding track and make onboarding and role readiness repeatable within the first year.
• Lead a small team while setting clear standards and maintaining a high-ownership operating rhythm.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end, especially onboarding, using live and asynchronous formats across regions and time zones.
• Strong program leadership, including roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement-driven iteration.
• Experience building scalable enablement systems, including resource governance, intake processes, and communication rhythms.
• AI-fluent approach to improving the quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution through AI and automation.
• Experience managing and developing a small team.
