Manager, Enablement Programs (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 base per year for roles based in San Francisco, with additional equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own global seller enablement programs, including onboarding, role-readiness, and Field OS.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and prototype custom agents that help sellers ramp and execute throughout the sales process.
• Refresh onboarding through continuous iteration, A/B testing, role-specific alignment, and engagement and impact metrics.
• Establish a dedicated manager onboarding track to improve manager ramp and new-hire success.
• Create a repeatable enablement operating system with resource governance, feedback loops, and durable workflows.
• Manage and develop a small team while setting clear standards and operating rhythms.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and running global enablement programs end to end, especially onboarding, across live and asynchronous formats.
• Strong program leadership, roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and measurement skills.
• Experience building scalable enablement systems, including resource governance, intake processes, and communication rhythms.
• AI-fluent approach to improving the quality, speed, consistency, and measurable impact of seller execution.
• Experience managing and developing a small team.
