What you will do

• Lead RFx responses by positioning hirify.global solution capabilities to prospective clients.
• Deliver high-impact technical and functional presentations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account executives to identify customer pain points and propose aligned AI-driven solutions.
• Advise on complex system integration, architecture, and interoperability with third-party platforms.
• Perform value analysis exercises, including benefit benchmarking, ROI, TCO, and business case development.
• Enable partners through knowledge transfer on product innovations and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with hirify.global or comparable enterprise CCaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based customer experience technologies.
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and solution architecture.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
