What you will do
- Conduct discovery workshops with retail executives and operational leaders to identify business gaps and inefficiencies.
- Translate complex business challenges into practical solution recommendations using the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to define solution scope and deliver compelling customer presentations.
- Partner with Customer Success teams during onboarding to ensure successful adoption and measurable business value.
- Monitor customer adoption, identify risks, and provide feedback to internal Product and Leadership teams.
- Support executive business reviews to demonstrate impact and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail technology consulting, software implementation, or supply chain transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading customer discovery workshops and business assessments.
- Strong domain expertise in inventory management, replenishment, allocation, or demand planning.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience working for a software vendor, consulting firm, or system integrator serving retail customers.
Nice to have
- Experience with Fashion Retail or Apparel industry.
- Familiarity with platforms like Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Blue Yonder, RELEX, or similar.
- Experience working with enterprise retailers across LATAM.
