What you will do

• Manage applications, workspaces, and hardware across London offices and cloud environments.
• Administer SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Iru, Revolut people, and Linear.
• Utilize AI tooling to automate manual IT-related tasks.
• Own and resolve all office hardware issues, including laptops, meeting room AV, and printers.
• Provide 2nd line IT support and handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 2nd line IT Engineer in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Scripting ability in languages such as Python or Bash.
• Confidence in supporting end-user hardware for both Windows and macOS.
• Strong debugging skills and a willingness to tackle unfamiliar technical tasks.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.

Nice to have

• AWS cloud experience or relevant cloud certifications.
• Strong understanding of core networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
• Networking or security certifications such as CCNP or Fortinet NSE.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
