What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for M365, hardware, and connectivity across UK and remote staff.
• Administer Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage the end-to-end staff lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), including device provisioning and access control.
• Triage endpoint security alerts and maintain patching standards via PatchMyPC and Intune.
• Contribute to global IT projects and create technical knowledge base articles and runbooks.
• Provide first-line support for business applications including Salesforce, HiBob, Confluence, and Jira.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience (1st/2nd line) in a SaaS or technology organization.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams).
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to use PowerShell or Python for automation and familiarity with AI automation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
• Exposure to IT operations frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-102, MD-102, SC-900).
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms like Salesforce or HiBob.
• Knowledge of SSO, conditional access, and identity governance concepts.
