What you will do

• Administer strategic IT platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Dialpad VoIP.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support, resolving software, hardware, and network issues while adhering to SLAs.
• Maintain IT security protocols, identity and access management, and endpoint security to ensure industry compliance.
• Manage software licensing, procurement, and distribution of equipment for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers to ensure best-in-class solutions.
• Act as the IT liaison between HR, operations, and software development teams to deliver technical training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support, engineering, or analyst role, preferably in a fast-growing business.
• Experience with scaling IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks and service management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a user-first mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London or Winnersh.
