• Collaborate with the team to optimize and streamline sales processes.
• Achieve key sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required.
• English proficiency (C1/Fluent) is required.
• Ideally 1+ year of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT, or digital services.
• Proven track record in consultative selling and closing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outbound calls.
