Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to communicate ’s value and drive business growth.
- Run regular business reviews to stay aligned with clients as they scale.
- Partner with clients to understand goals and map them to products and services.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for client needs.
- Support renewals, emphasizing growth and multi-year commitments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide proactive feedback on product insights and market trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS Sales environment as an account manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience using Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce (or similar).
- Ability to understand a client’s business and educate customers on how supports their outcomes.
- Comfort with discovery questions to uncover account needs and drive alignment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with aggressive goals.
