What you will do

• Define business problems, requirements, and success metrics for client projects.
• Convert ambiguous ideas into structured project plans and actionable deliverables.
• Partner with engineers to develop and implement AI tools and automated workflows.
• Independently manage multiple client projects while maintaining momentum and resolving blockers.
• Lead project updates and communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• Professional English proficiency (C1+) required for U.S. client communication
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or digital delivery.
• Experience working directly with clients and technical/engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AI tool capabilities, prompting, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with agile methodology.
