Salary: $165,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for a portfolio of health plan clients, driving onboarding and engagement.
- Partner with internal teams to align marketing plans and operational strategies with health plan goals.
- Consult with clients to define measurable business outcomes and demonstrate progress through recurrent business reviews.
- Resell the value of services and solutions to cultivate upsell opportunities and deepen partnerships.
- Develop payor account plans, including goal setting, milestone tracking, and identifying focus areas for success.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure high client satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management, ideally within health plans.
- Experience managing national and regional health plans across fully insured, ASO, and Medicare/Medicaid lines of business.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and C-level executives.
