What you will do

• Lead and mentor a remote team to ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of service engagements.
• Drive process transformation initiatives to redesign workflows, tools, and operating models for scalability.
• Champion AI adoption across the team to improve productivity, decision-making, and delivery quality.
• Manage project risks, client escalations, and cross-functional relationships with Sales and Customer Care.
• Monitor department KPIs, including revenue, portfolio health, and team utilization.
• Act as a thought leader in delivery innovation and change management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services or consulting.
• Strong AI fluency with experience applying AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and process redesign.
• Experience with EHR platforms or healthcare/LTPAC markets.
