What you will do

• Maintain forecasts and analyze performance across various marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Manage recurring reporting and lead budgeting variance analyses.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for Marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional partners to navigate ambiguity and improve processes.
• Partner with Field Marketing, ABM, Digital, and Brand teams to ensure investments align with growth priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting, or Marketing Strategy.
• Proven proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Menlo Park, CA.
